We utilize an experiential learning framework for designing, developing, and delivering a plethora of learning experiences for adult learners. We believe that learning is a process and is created through engagement, collaboration, and by capitalizing on each participants years of experience and knowledge.
When learners use all of their senses and take practical action, it leads to more retention of information. Consequently, our learning cycle follows a methodology consisting of three elements. We reflect and engage in an experience or task, analyse it to obtain valuable insight, and apply it pragmatically. The cycle is our compass to focus on learning and having fun at the same time!
