Imtiaz is an Industrial/Organizational Practitioner that has worked across many different industries such as aviation, education, health, manufacturing, tech sector, unionized environments and all levels of government.  He brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience having worked with thousands of leaders and teams in various functions of organizational development.

Imtiaz holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an honors degree in Psychology, and a diploma in Human Resources Management including being a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Imtiaz believes in impacting cognition and emotion to drive performance and passion leading to meaningful engagement.  He has an ability to influence individuals and teams to change behavior, see different perspectives, and instill passion.
